CATSTR           Concatenate Strings                                Directive

  name CATSTR string1, string2...

     CATSTR can concatenate several strings into one. name is the name of
     the final string. Strings may be:

                o  A string inside angle brackets, <>.
                o  An already defined text macro
                o  A numeric string substitution that starts with %.
